Sandy's is a very nice family run hotel with beautiful gardens all over the place. Staff is very helpful and polite and they have the best English Breakfast !!! The rooms are always cleaned and the beds are very comfortable. Nice location, quite and relaxing, among beatiful trees and not far away from the center of Kos town. Nice big and clean pool area. I will definitely recommend the place for nice relaxing momments and at a very good price.

Excellent hotel, very-very clean, in a great location, quite, among beautiful gardens, in countryside and at the same time very close to Kos town and even closer to the beach!!!Excellent and very polite and helpful, family staff, always ready to help you with anything you will need, even offer you free transportation, in case you need it, (what more can I say!!!!!!!). Don't forget to try the kitchen at Sandy's!!!Great food, very tasteful and delicious bbq plates, together with Greek traditional plates!!!All these in an excellent price!!! Definitely we recommend the place and we will visit Sandy's again for longer period!!!Thank you for everything and for making us feel like home!!!!!!!

Nice and calm place about 1 km from the seaside and 2 km from the city center, easy accessible by bike, personnel very friendly, high quality/price rate.

Shower was on the small side, but this was not a significant problem.

Very friendly and kind hotelpersonnel. Great room and breakfast. We would surely advic these studio's to backpackers or people with children. Great quality for a small price!

You have to take a taxi or 2 busses if you don't like a relatively long walk to the ferries or city center.

Sandy's is a very nice relaxing hotel, with beautiful gardens around and a very nice clean pool area. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, full equipped and in a large size. The restaurant is very good with delicious home made Greek dishes every day and delicious bbq, ( especially pork-chicken souvlaki and the Steak !!! ). It is worth it to try it !!! Generally, very good value for money and an excellent recommendation !!!

1. Staff: very friendly and helpful, really nice people. I felt like some special guest, but after 2 days I recognised everyone is special guest for them. 2. Food: normal price, big portion, starts from very good to delicious. Here I eat one of the best beefsteaks in my life. 3. Mini-market: normal prices, similar to other shops nearby.

Excellent and helpful staff at a family run business. Wifi was free and worked well. The owners put a lot of effort into satisfaction of their guests. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is slightly out of kos town. Easy to use bicycles, bus or taxi to/from town.

Fair value for money, clean rooms, ok breakfast. A bit outside the city, but a good base for mountainbiking or hiking.
